This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules, terms, and procedures regarding cancellations, digital contributions, and refund requests for premium digital layers or voluntary support processed through our partner billing platform, Whop.com, as well as direct alternative methods.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All memberships, advanced features, code upgrades, and digital accesses available on GetOperaFlow are strictly **digital products**. Access to these digital configurations is provisioned immediately upon successful payment processing via Whop.com. Because our platform delivers instant analytical outcomes, web script outputs, and digital value upon activation, we do not ship or deliver any physical goods.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users have the right to cancel their recurring premium memberships or account status tiers at any time without any hidden fees. Managing your active licenses is simple:
- Subscriptions and tier accesses must be managed and canceled directly via your personal user dashboard on Whop.com or through the customer billing hub link provided in your initial Whop confirmation email.
- To prevent the automatic renewal and charging of the next billing cycle, cancellation must be initiated before your scheduled automated renewal date.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all paid web tools and premium calculator metrics until the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our web applications and the immediate consumption of core analytical values, all sales, renewal charges, and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or partial credits for unused days within an active billing cycle.
“Buy Me a Coffee” & Voluntary Donations (Fiat & Crypto): Any one-time monetary contributions, tips, or voluntary donations made via our digital platform integrations (such as “Buy a Coffee”, “Buy a Pizza” options processed via Whop.com ranging from $5 to $50) or sent directly via the listed cryptocurrency wallet addresses (including but not limited to BTC, BNB, USDT, TON, XRP) are strictly voluntary tips. These transactions are intended solely to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and hosting infrastructure of our free web tools. These contributions do not represent a commercial purchase of goods, do not unlock any locked subscription layers, and are 100% final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed or canceled once broadcasted to the blockchain network.
4. Exceptions and Dispute Reviews
We value our community and aim to maintain a fair environment. Individual requests for a technical refund or billing adjustment will only be reviewed under the following specific anomalies:
- Technical Malfunction: If a proven code exception or server-side bug completely prevents you from accessing the tools, and our support team cannot resolve the technical barrier within 3 business days of a reported ticket.
- Double Billing: If an explicit system synchronization error on the payment gateway results in multiple identical charges for a single active account layer.
